As part of our ongoing business growth strategy, we are seeking a commercially focused and customer-oriented Business Sales Executive to support our sales operations, customer relationship management activities, and business development initiatives.

Role Overview

The Business Sales Executive will support the commercial growth and customer relationship management functions of SPEEDY ROCK LTD. The successful candidate will assist in identifying sales opportunities, managing customer enquiries, maintaining customer and supplier relationships, supporting online sales growth, coordinating sales communications, and contributing to promotional activities aimed at increasing revenue and customer retention.

The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, monitoring customer satisfaction, and supporting the achievement of the company’s wider commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to support business growth and revenue generation.
  • Manage customer enquiries professionally and provide effective sales support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Assist in managing supplier communications and commercial relationships.
  • Support the growth of online sales through the company website and e-commerce platforms.
  • Coordinate quotations, sales communications, customer follow-ups, and order-related enquiries.
  • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to improve service delivery and customer retention.
  • Assist with promotional campaigns, marketing activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate customer, supplier, and sales records using company systems.
  • Analyse sales performance data and provide recommendations to improve commercial outcomes.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, products, and business opportunities.
  • Support management in achieving sales targets and strategic business objectives.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, banking, business development, or a related commercial environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify commercial opportunities and contribute to business growth.
  • Good organisational, administrative, and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital business systems.
